Which drives do you recover data from?
Drives that work. We recover deleted files and data from a formatted drive, and we transfer files from a laptop or computer that won't turn on to another drive or computer. Call us and tell us what happened.
Do you know in advance whether the data can be recovered?
No. We only know once we've looked at the device.
Do I pay if the data can't be recovered?
No. If we can't recover your data, you pay nothing.
How long does data recovery take?
It depends on the device and on how much data needs to be moved. Once we take the device, we tell you roughly when it will be ready.

Can I try a file recovery program myself?
If you install the program on the same drive, it can overwrite the very files you're trying to get back. If your files matter to you, don't install anything on that drive, and get in touch before you try anything.
How do I stop this from happening again?
With a backup on a second drive. We make backups, so we can set one up for you along with the data recovery.
