Diagnosis
We check the device first, then we talk about the price
First we look for the cause of the fault, and only then do we replace parts.
After the diagnosis we tell you what needs doing and what it costs. We start work only when you confirm.

- If you have us do the repair, the check is included in the price.
Prices
How much does a laptop or computer repair cost?
You'll find our prices in the price list. The final price depends on the fault and on the part that needs replacing. The same symptom can have several causes, and each one costs something different.
That's why we tell you the price for your device after the check, by message or by phone, and we start work only when you confirm it.

Questions about price and collection
How much does a repair cost?
You'll find our prices in the price list. The final price depends on the fault and on the part that needs replacing, and we agree it before work starts.
Do you charge for the check?
If you choose to have the repair done with us, the check is included in the price. If you decide not to go ahead, the check is charged at the price list rate.
Do you pick up the device?
We pick up computers and laptops from your address for free, within 30 km, from Trogir to Omiš. We arrange where and when by phone. Outside that area you can send us your device by post.
Do you repair tablets too?
Yes. Call us and we'll agree how the tablet gets to us.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and on whether a part has to be ordered. You get a rough deadline when we collect the device.
Is it worth repairing an older laptop?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The decision is always yours.
