- Motherboard fault: we repair or replace the motherboard.
- It's slow and takes a long time to start: we fit an SSD and upgrade the RAM, and we can move your existing system to the new SSD.
- Won't charge, or the charger has to be jiggled into place: we repair the charging port.
- Keys don't work or the case is cracked: we replace keyboards and repair the case, hinges and lid.
- Something was spilled on the laptop: switch it off and don't turn it on. We also repair liquid-damaged laptops; we'll know how much damage there is once we open it.

The price depends on the fault and the part that needs replacing. Our prices are in the price list, and we tell you the final price for your laptop after the diagnosis. We only start work once you confirm it.

It depends on the fault and the part that needs replacing. After the check we tell you the price and what we'll do, and we only start work once you confirm. No hidden costs.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and on whether a part has to be ordered. When we pick up the laptop, we tell you roughly when it will be ready.
Is it worth repairing an older laptop?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If the cost of the repair gets close to the price of a new laptop, we'll tell you.
What about the data on my laptop?
We handle your data with care. If you want, we move it to another device or make a backup. Tell us when you call.
I don't know what's wrong with my laptop. What should I tell you?
