How much does a Windows installation cost?
The price depends on what needs doing: the system itself, Office and programs, data transfer. You'll find prices in the price list, and we agree the final price with you before the work starts.

Common questions about installation
Will my data be erased?
It can be, if the disk is wiped. Tell us when you call what you need to keep, and we'll move the data or save it to a backup before the installation.
Do you help remotely too?
We solve some system and software problems remotely, without coming to collect the device. Call us and we'll work out what can be done that way.
Do you come to collect the computer?
We collect a computer or laptop from your address for free, from Trogir to Omiš, within 30 km. We agree by phone where and when we'll pick up the device. Outside that area you can send the device to us by post.
Do you install Windows on desktop computers too?
Yes. We install Windows and programs on both laptops and desktop computers.
Do I need a licence for Windows and Office?
Yes. We install Windows and Office on a licence you already have. We don't sell licences.
How long does the installation take?
It depends on what needs installing and how much data needs to move. Once we have the device, we tell you roughly when it will be ready.
