Turn the laptop off, unplug the charger and don't switch it on. Get in touch and tell us what was spilled and when. We repair liquid-damaged laptops too, and how bad the damage is only shows once we open the laptop.
How much does a keyboard replacement cost?
It depends on the laptop model. We give you the price after the check, and we only start work once you confirm it. If you go ahead with the repair with us, the check is included in the price. No hidden costs.
Is it worth repairing the case on an older laptop?
If we think a repair isn't worth it, we tell you before any work starts.
How long does a keyboard replacement or case repair take?
We order the part for your model when it's needed, so the time depends on that too. When we pick up your laptop, we tell you roughly when it will be ready.
Do you pick up the laptop?
Yes. We pick up your laptop free of charge from your address within 30 km: Split, Solin, Kaštela, Trogir and Omiš. We arrange the place and time by phone. Outside that area you can send us your laptop by post.
