Questions about prices
Why can the final price differ from the price list?
The same fault on different models needs different parts. So after the check we tell you the exact price, and we only start work once you confirm it.
Do you charge for the check?
Not if we do the repair. If you decide not to have the device repaired, you pay for the check.
Is VAT included in the price?
We're not in the VAT system, so we don't add VAT to the price.
Can I buy the SSD or RAM myself?
Yes. We fit an SSD or RAM you bought yourself, and we can also order them for you.
Tell us what's wrong with your device
We tell you the price before we start.
