Hard drive
Deleted files or a formatted drive? Data recovery from a hard drive
We recover deleted files and move your data to a new drive or another computer.
Until we talk, don't save anything new to that drive and don't install file recovery programs on it.

Laptop, computer or external drive
Where is your hard drive?
In a laptop or computer that won't turn on
When a laptop or computer won't turn on, the fault may not be the drive. If the drive works, we move the files from it to a new drive or another computer.
External hard drive
If an external drive asks you to format it, don't. If your computer sees it and the drive works, we move the data from it. We'll sort out over the phone how you get it to us.
Deleted files or a formatted drive
We recover deleted files and data from a formatted drive. Every new file can overwrite the ones you want back.
The drive is acting strangely
The computer freezes or files open slowly. While the drive works, we move the files from it to a new drive, and we can clone the system to a new SSD.
How much does hard drive data recovery cost?
We only know whether the data can be recovered once we look at the drive.
The price depends on the drive and on what needs to be done. Our prices are in the price list, and we give you the final price after we check the drive. We only start work once you confirm it.
- No hidden costs.
- If we can't recover your data, you pay nothing.
If you have us do the work, the check is included in the price.
Common questions about hard drive data recovery
Can I connect the drive to another computer and copy the files myself?
If the drive works and the computer sees it normally, copy your most important files right away. If you're looking for deleted files, don't copy anything to that drive and get in touch.
Do I pay if the data can't be recovered?
No. If we can't recover your data, you pay nothing.
How long does hard drive data recovery take?
It depends on the drive and on how much data needs to be recovered. Once we have your drive or device, we'll tell you roughly when it will be ready.
Tell us what happened to your drive
Describe in a few sentences what happened to your files or your drive. Until we've looked at the drive, don't save anything new to it.
